Jessica's Bridal Session

This was my first time working at the Georgia Club and I love the location! It is only 15 minutes from my house and I just could not get enough! The clubhouse is beautiful- but not only that, the cobblestone walkways, lush golf courses, and beautiful buildings make for the perfect setup for a wedding! Here is my FAVORITE from the session:



We will be back at the Georgia Club this coming Sunday for Jessica and Nick's wedding. I cant wait!

Missy's Maternity Session

The time had finally come to do Missy's maternity session. I really should call it Steve and Missy's Maternity Session... Steve was in just about all of the pictures. Missy just seemed much more relaxed and calmer when he was around, and he was a willing participant, so I figured, why not? Plus he's my brother I could do whatever I wanted... he's such a goofball, really... I had some fun, as you can tell.... I really hope you guys like them!

Wilson Family

I met up with the Wilson's on Friday at the Founder's Memorial Garden in downtown Athens for their family session. I just LOVE this park. It is my newest addiction :) I have known Krystle since 3rd grade and our daughters are only weeks apart. Speaking of which, Krystle's little girl definitely had other things in mind than posing for pictures- every two year old does! Regardless, I had a good time and I think the pictures turned out well. I hope you enjoy them!

I tried to bribe her with a pretty pink rose... it worked for a few minutes, but she wouldnt look up at me. It was the lesser of two evils.

Back at their house, she was sooooo sweet with her dog!

Allyson & Jared's engagement session

Allyson and Jared drove up from Dublin last friday for their engagement session in downtown Athens. It was COLD but we had a good time and there are many good pictures. I hope you guys like them! Next year we will be on the beach for the wedding- how exciting!

Baby Shower #2

I hosted a baby shower at my house this past Saturday for my brother Steve and his wife, Missy. I didnt get to take as many pictures since I was hosting after all. But it was fun and I did get some cute pictures. Most notably, my adorable 2 year old, who was in a much, much better mood that day.

For some reason Mom and I decided to have Petit Fours instead of Cake. Why we decided to do this when I have such a LOVE for photographing cake is beyond me. But they were good. Vanilla, Chocolate, and Red Velvet- yum!

Let me first start by saying that I LOVE this family. I was introduced to Daniela earlier this year by another client of mine and we have been friends ever since. I did Daniela's wedding this past July and Lynda's senior portraits in August, I think. I just love taking their pictures for so many reasons. For one- they're all so BEAUTIFUL and they just glow! And they are the sweetest and kindest people you will ever meet!
