I LOVE.... LOVE.... L O V E this picture. How pretty is this girl? I had so much fun tonight. I never thought I was good at maternity sessions, but I might be changing my mind. Shelly- I hope you enjoy these! There are SO many more good ones!

sweet little boy

I have an absolute newfound respect and admiration for photographers who photograph newborns. I have never made it a secret that my love lies in weddings.... but I know plenty of people that just love (and are extremely good at) newborn photography. I do not consider myself to be one of those people.... however, I did this session for the newest member of my family- my nephew Aaron. He is a sweetie and I love him, so that's good enough for me :)

Summer doesnt pose. Ever. So I thought... what the heck. I'll take a series or pictures of her jumping, dancing, laughing- things she's usually doing. Here's the result. She's so cute! I had to let her pick her clothes... otherwise the session would not have happend :)

Garner Family

I did this session for a very good friend of mine, Sarah and her mother and younger sister. I have known Sarah for as long as I can remember and I still remember babysitting Anna once! Sarah is just one of those people who I adore and who I always looked up to and wanted to be like. She and her sister are leaving in two days to go to India (Sarah's 3rd or 4th trip and Anna's first). I offered to do this session for them before they left and we all went to downtown Athens (again!) and had an absolute blast. Anna is such a little model and was definitely working the camera whereas Sarah needed a little coaxing.... but regardless, the pictures are just so fun!

This is my absolute favorite picture of Anna. It's such an "Anna" picture.

I love how the twinkle lights are showing in the back and the street is all aglow... Keep in mind it was COLD that day!

Downtown Athens just has so many cool buildings that make wonderful pictures!

We actually started out in the Garden, I seriously cannot get enough of this place!

Photo Booth!

This is a GREAT idea for any wedding! I have done this a few times now and it has been a big hit with the guests and the bride and the groom. It is the perfect way to get images of your guests that are fun, laid back and most of all... hilarious! Here are a few snapshots from the last wedding we did- Madelyne & Matt's wedding (which was just awesome). Email me and let me know you want the photo booth, and we will take care of the rest!

Esther & Joe's Engagement Session

This has become one of my absolute favorite spots for sessions. I just LOVE the mossy brick walls, wrought iron gates and cobblestone pathways. We finished up the session in downtown Athens as it was getting dark and the lights in the city started to glow. I hope you enjoy this sneak peek, these are just a few of my favorites! Summer

Meet Summer... my adorable, unpredictable , and irresistible two year old child. I havent taken pictures of her since.... hmmmm I really cant remember. Which is just awful. So I took her across the street from my house and decided to try out some new techniques on her. Of course, its not perfect because she hardly stayed still, hardly smiled, hardly looked at the camera. But that's what you get when you use a two year old as a model. However, under the circumstances, I think I got some cute pictures of her.
